It starts with the report
There is no Programme without a Diagnostic. The report sets the milestones, names the owners and picks the two or three skills worth building. If the report says drop the licences, there is no Programme. The scope and the price come out of the report, not off this page.
What happens in the 90 days
- Milestones. From the report, with a date on each.
- Named owners. Inside your business. The plan already names them, and we hold them to it.
- Two or three skills. Built with the people who will use them, peer reviewed before publish, handed over with a named owner.
- Training. Whatever your people need to know to use Claude and the skills, taught inside the Programme. We don’t sell training on its own.
Who does the work
We scope every Programme from the Diagnostic report, and our team delivers it, with specialist partners where the work needs them.
Agents come later
The Programme builds skills, not agents. Most businesses that ask for an agent need three skills and a policy first. When the skills are in daily use and the next step is bigger, that is Build.
After the 90 days
Some businesses keep us on afterwards as Advisory. That is only ever offered at the end of a Programme, never before and never cold.
