About AgentFix
The SalesFix group’s Claude practice. Built on our own rollout, with the failures left in.
Who we are
AgentFix is part of the SalesFix group. We fix Claude rollouts that stalled, then build on Claude when it is warranted. Jason leads every Diagnostic. Programme and build work is delivered by our team, with specialist partners where the work needs them.
The rollout behind it

Jason Lawrence was the person accountable. A rollout team did the work with him.
In our own firm, it cost:
- Three policy versions in five months.
- A training gate that worked, then broke on two new starters, because nobody had wired the gate into onboarding.
- Slackbot and Claude Tag, both poorly used, both our doing.
And it left behind:
- 25 skills with named owners, each peer reviewed before publish.
- A success log that surfaced the champions without us appointing anyone.
That is the proof. No client logos. One firm, ours, with the failures left in. Every line of it is something we now look for in a Diagnostic.
Three policy versions
Version 1.0 on 1 April 2026, a reissue on 20 May, version 2.3 on 12 August. Along the way, approvals moved from an email inbox to an open Slack channel, an exception route got two named approvers and a one-business-day target, and the incident triggers were named, including “you put work into a personal account”. Thirteen pages nobody read, so a one-page Five Rules guide shipped. The failure: the version Claude itself read, and the wiki summary, stayed on the April text until August.
The training gate
No licence without a fifteen-minute Workspace Tour with a quiz, hosted in the LMS, tracked, badge issued. We planned two weeks for 13 people. It slipped, and the friction was human: people who learn by doing pushed back. 20of 22 licensed users came through it. The two who didn’t were new starters who joined after the rollout. The gate lived in the rollout project, not the onboarding checklist. Fixed now. A control without an owner is a wish.
25 skills
One repository teaches Claude to think like the firm: brand and tone, the AI policy, solution design, user stories, testing standards, proposal review. Fifteen skills. The other teaches it to build like the firm’s engineers: ten. A peer-review skill runs before publish; both sync read-only into the wiki. Proof: a consultant fed a discovery brief and workshop notes into a project overnight and woke to a house-format report. Her estimate: half a day saved, minimum.
The success log
A Slack workflow called “share a successful use”. About 25 entries in the first months, from a monthly newsletter to diagnosing a client’s error emails end to end. Champions turned up without us appointing anyone: a timelog skill built by someone sick of six clicks, a prioritisation matrix for a client meeting, a personal skill and then a wiki article on installing one. Thirty minutes every Wednesday to share what worked. Leadership wanted an hour. The business wanted none.
Slackbot and Claude Tag
Slack itself went well, and the technology was fine. Our use of it wasn’t. Claude Tag, Claude in Slack channels, launched late June, with Slackbot, Slack’s own AI assistant, alongside it. Usage of both was poor, for two reasons that were ours.
We never moved our Claude skills out of Claude chat and into Slackbot skills, so Slackbot couldn’t do the work people already used Claude for. And we didn’t like how Claude Tag reached our systems: it worked through the connectors an admin attached to the channel, not the access of the person asking. Anthropic has since addedpersonal connectors in channels, so a request can run on the asker’s own access.
The fix came late: move the skills people already use into Slack itself. Don’t make people come to the tool.
The group
Jason founded SalesFix, a Brisbane-based Salesforce Consulting Partner, in 2012 and is its Chief AI Officer. Salesforce builds and Agentforce go to SalesFix. AgentFix does Claude adoption and Claude builds for any business, whatever CRM it runs.
Affiliations
AgentFix is a member of the Claude Partner Network. Jason holds the Claude Certified Associate, Foundations credential and is speaking at the Claude Community’s Brisbane meetup on 4 November.
Talks
On 20 October Jason is co-presenting “AI Is Easy. Readiness Is Hard.” at True Blue Blazing 2026 in Melbourne with Hanzel Nillo of The Data Gap.He also co-hosts Claude Community Brisbane.
